Educational use only

Everything in this library — audio episodes, transcripts, and companion notes — is an independent, individually produced study aid for clinical pathology board preparation. It is not medical advice, is **not a clinical reference**, and must not be used to diagnose, treat, or make any decision about an actual patient. If you need clinical guidance, consult current primary literature, your institution's protocols, and a qualified physician.

No affiliation or endorsement

This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, reviewed by, or sponsored by any certifying board (including the American Board of Pathology), medical school, residency program, professional society, or publisher. Any resemblance to the structure of a board exam curriculum reflects how clinical pathology is conventionally taught, not an association with any specific organization or copyrighted work.

How these episodes are made

Every episode follows the same pipeline. It is drafted from a structured clinical pathology curriculum, one narrowly scoped topic at a time, under the direction of Omar Z. Baba, MD. Each episode is screened automatically after generation; anything that fails screening is discarded and rebuilt rather than published. A full transcript is published beside every episode, so any statement can be checked against what was actually said. Episodes then go through physician review, and the green Reviewed badge marks each one as it clears.

That process is built for accuracy, and this is still a study aid rather than a reference. Cutoffs and reference intervals vary by source, instrument, and institution, and a five-minute summary simplifies by design. Confirm exam-critical values against a current authoritative reference, and treat these episodes as a prompt for review rather than something to cite.

The green "Reviewed" badge

The green Reviewed check marks an episode that Omar Z. Baba, MD has personally listened to and approved for the library as a study prompt. It is an editorial quality check for exam preparation, not peer review and not clinical validation. An episode without a badge has simply not been through review yet; that is not a statement that anything in it is wrong. Confirm key values against a current reference before an exam or any clinical use, badge or not.

No warranty

This material is provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind, express or implied — including no warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or that it reflects current guidelines or the content of any certifying examination. This applies equally to episodes carrying the Reviewed badge.

Notifications and dates

The "recently added" indicator is a convenience feature only. It reflects when an episode was first published to this library, not when its underlying material was written, last checked, or last revised. Nothing about a recent date implies currency, and nothing about an older date implies obsolescence.
